Melted Broccoli Pasta With Capers and Anchovies Recipe

Have not made this, but in reply to a couple of comments suggesting the recipe doesn’t indicate when to add the anchovy/caper mix: it could be more clearly written, but it is saying that you add the broccoli and reserved water into the pan in which the anchovy caper mix already is. “The pan” referenced in the second sentence of paragraph five is referring to the pan you were using in paragraphs 3 and 4. By the end of paragraph five you have three things: reserved breadcrumbs in a bowl, the cooked pasta, and a sauce which combines all other ingredients in the pan. Add pasta to the sauce then the breadcrumbs in two phases. I have not made this, but it looks decent, although I am not a huge cooked broccoli fan. Agree with the other commenter about “melted” being an odd word choice.
